Key Responsibilities
Engage in valuation assignments and determine appropriate methodologies for property valuation
Complete commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects
Collaborate with team members to deliver best-in-class valuation services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Certified General Appraiser license
5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate
Mastery of MS Office Suite
Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL
