Online Grocery Picker

Job Description

Join our team as an Online Grocery Picker, where your primary responsibility will be to select and gather high-quality products for our customers' online orders. You'll ensure each order meets our freshness standards and provide a seamless shopping experience. As customers arrive for pick-up, you'll assemble their orders, handle payments, and load their purchases into their vehicles.

Responsibilities

Key Duties:

• Efficiently select and gather products while paying attention to quality and freshness.
• Assemble orders accurately and communicate any substitutions to customers at pick-up.
• Process payments using our point of sale (POS) system and handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the staging areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety procedures and adhere to company guidelines.
• Assist in training new team members and uphold a positive shopping experience.
• Report discrepancies in pricing and item locations to management as needed.
• Be adaptable to a high-paced work environment and manage conflicts in a cooperative manner.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Proficient in reading shelf tags and basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Desired Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper or in a similar retail or warehouse environment.
