Order Processing Rep

Austin, TX

6 Months

Shift timings : 8AM-5PM

100% onsite

OT as needed

Pay : $20- 23 per hour

  • 3 Years Experience in the legal field or pre-law student

2-year associate's degree minimum.

Data entry experience a plus.

Description / Comment :

As a Fulfilment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and shipped on time. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and shipping processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in supply chain operations by supporting the team and learning foundational skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately enter orders into the system.
  • Perform order administration tasks.
  • Assist with preparing packages for shipment.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for order fulfilment.
  • Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain operational documents and records.
  • Assist in demand planning under supervision.
  • Ensure customer service standards are met.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries.
  • Help with general administrative duties as needed.

  • Order Entry Systems : Proficiency in using order entry software.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to maintain accuracy in order processing.
  • Customer Service : Basic understanding of customer service principles.
  • Communication : Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management : Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Team Collaboration : Willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Basic Inventory Management : Understanding of inventory checks and reporting.
  • Documentation : Ability to maintain and organize operational documents. Level criteria B1 (for internal use only) :
  • Requires basic knowledge of operational or administrative processes to perform routine and straightforward activities
  • Solves routine problems in own work following established procedures
  • Works under close supervision with detailed instruction or with clearly defined procedures
