Location : St. Helena, CA

Department / Unit : Telemetry Unit

Shift : Night Shift 1800 - 0630 , 36-48 hours per week,

Contract Duration : 13 Weeks

Salary Range : $40 - $50 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to join our team in St. Helena, CA. Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions, interpreting telemetry data and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatment options, and health management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient conditions promptly and effectively.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
