A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with department and project managers to identify target audiences for recruitment

Develop marketing and recruitment campaigns with department managers

Utilize various recruitment methods, including phone, social media, and networking; possible travel may be required

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Recruiter

BA / BS in human resources, business, or a related field

Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite

Working knowledge of state and federal employment law
