[job_card.job_description]BS in Engineering, or Science related field. 3 years of compliance experience in an industrial / manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Support Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan inspections and ensuring compliance with applicable notification and reporting requirements.
- Conducting monthly stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) inspections and ensuring compliance with stormwater permitting requirements which may include stormwater sampling during a precipitation event.
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of environmental data, ensuring accuracy and compliance (e.g., HMBP, Annual Waste Reports, etc.).
- Manage waste generated, manifests and recordkeeping in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct inspections of hazardous waste areas and above ground storage tanks
- Assist with aste sampling and develop waste profiles, manifests, and chains of custody.
- Support existing file management systems on SharePoint for relevant analysis, plan updates, inspections, etc.
- Support the execution of environmental programs, such as waste minimization, recycling, and circularity strategies, ensuring alignment with CA regulations.
- Support environmental sustainability initiatives.
