Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Collect outstanding accounts receivable from patients and third-party payers

Process and follow up on insurance claims and appeals

Maintain accuracy and productivity standards in managing accounts

Required Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Two years of collection experience required, preferably in healthcare

Basic knowledge of insurance processing and medical terminology

Proficiency in using spreadsheets and computer applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
