• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

Required Qualifications:
• Skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management).
•Ability to remain focused and productive each day, though tasks may be repetitive.
• Ability to work in a service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, floor activity.

Job Duties:
• Sorting and file patient demographic forms (may include lifting up to 30 pounds.)
• Locate and retrieve patient demographic forms when requested.
• Cross-train and work in all processes when needed.
