Director of Client Success

A company is looking for a Director, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor client performance and ensure Client Success standards are met

Utilize KPI tools and analytics to manage and report on client performance

Mentor Manager, Client Success and oversee client meetings and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare management preferred

At least five years of experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management

Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology

Strong leadership and management skills

Understanding of compliance with healthcare regulations
