Someone who thrives on relationships, is growth-minded, and sees the path from $150,000 in earnings to $500,000+ as achievable with the right platform.

Compensation & Growth

• Earnings Potential : Most Loan Officers at this level earn $150,000+, with the path to $300,000–$600,000 as you build relationships and scale.
• Profit Sharing & Bonus Program : $40,000–$50,000 / year potential in addition to commissions.
• Ownership Opportunity : For the right leader, the chance to buy into the company and share in long-term growth.
