Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, dispatching calls throughout the facilityCoordinate customer requests with operations staff for boat movementsMaintain boat storage lease agreements and insurance documentationPerform general office and administrative dutiesProcess over-the-counter sales transactions accuratelyMaintain inventory records and assist with inventory controlManage daily tasks efficiently based on the facility’s scheduleQualifications & Requirements
Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departmentsStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentDependable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanorMust have service writing experienceCompensation
