We're seeking a Manager, eCommerce Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our global eCommerce ecosystem. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing platforms that drive growth and enhance the customer experience.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the design the execution of a modern eCommerce platform strategy aligned with company growth goals.
• Oversee platform architecture, integrations, and performance to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Drive innovation through headless commerce, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS / Azure).
• Partner with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align technology capabilities with business objectives.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and technical roadmaps, to optimize value and performance.
• Mentor a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and agile delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and leverage data insights to enhance platform stability, conversion, and ROI.
