California Licensed Housing Director

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Housing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for integrating behavioral health services into housing initiatives

Oversee the planning and execution of housing programs and manage multi-agency contracts

Build partnerships with local agencies and represent the organization in various coalitions and working groups

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field

8+ years of experience in housing, homelessness services, or public administration

5+ years of leadership experience in managing complex programs

Experience working with public agencies or regional collaboratives preferred

Deep understanding of affordable housing and behavioral health-housing integration
