- Patient Demographics : Adults
- Average Daily Volume / Census : Typical outpatient caseload focused on chronic endocrine management
- Consults & Follow-Ups : Yes follow-up visits and ongoing disease management
- Case Mix / Clinical Focus Areas : Diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal and metabolic conditions FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- EMR System : eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Specialty Backup : Collaborative access to multidisciplinary specialists and primary care providers
- Support Staff : Dedicated nursing and administrative staff supporting patient flow and coordination
- Leadership & Reporting Structure : Reports to Medical Director, West Valley Endocrinology
- Reason for Opening : Practice growth and expanding patient demand CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
