Job Title: Powersports Assembly/Set Up Technician
Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Powersports Assembly Technician to assemble, prep, and inspect powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a high-energy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble new power sports units according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
- Adjust, align, and torque components to proper specifications
- Diagnose and correct basic mechanical or assembly issues
- Test units to ensure proper operation and performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Document work completed and report any defects or issues
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools
- Previous power sports, automotive, or small engine experience preferred
- Ability to read service manuals and assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license (if required for moving units)
