ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with JT Reisdorph - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

    • Compensation : $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

  • Our office is located in Cedar Park, TX.
  • Our office is open 8 : 30-5 : 30.
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
  • We currently have 12 team members at our agency.
  • We have 70 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
  • Our agency has received awards including : Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, and Silver Scroll
