About The Position

About the Position : Position / Specialty : X-Ray Tech Performs radiographic procedures at a technical level requiring sound understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology; a high degree of technical competency and with the ability to act with initiative and ingenuity with minimum supervision. Apply ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis in adult and / or pediatric radiology. Shift : 4x10s, 8 : 30a-7 : 00p , Mon-Thurs Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) : Yes Weekend REQ : On Call rotation through weekend Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? (Y / N) Yes, OR, Ortho, Fluoro, Inpatient, Outpatient and ER coverage. Required / Preferred : Years of experience REQ : 1 year of experience First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Yes National Certs REQ : ARRT (R), SCRQSA (R), BLS, CPR Radiation Badge REQ : Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers Special Requirements : Fluoroscopy and OR experience Miscellaneous : Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) N / A Local Radius : 60-miles Locals Accepted : (Y / N) Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission.
