What You’ll Do
Lead & represent your studio
Be the face of HOTWORX in your communityBuild relationships, network, and showcase the brandSell memberships & drive results
Consistently hit or exceed enrollment + revenue goalsExecute proven outreach, marketing, and sales strategiesGrow and empower your team
Train, coach, and develop your staffHire talent, set standards, and hold accountabilityDeliver a world-class member experience
Create a positive, motivating environmentLive our brand values every single dayRun the business like an owner
Oversee scheduling, payroll, reporting, maintenance, and daily operationsUse studio software for CRM, POS, texting, billing, and email campaignsCommit to personal development
