Mergers & Acquisitions Associate

Top 200 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their M&A Practice Group in any of their New York, Chicago, Houston, or Palo Alto office.

The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of experience in public M&A, private equity, and/or general corporate representation. Must have strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative thinker with commercial and business awareness. Must have strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects, Excellent drafting skills, and outstanding communication skills. Fluency in English is a must and admitted to the bar and in good standing.
