Key Responsibilities of the Travel X-ray Technician

Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures following established protocols

Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and effectively

Prepare and position patients with care, ensuring comfort and safety

Ensure accurate documentation and secure patient record maintenance

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care

Requirements of the Travel X-ray Technician

ARRT certification in Radiography (required)

BLS certification (required)

2+ years of clinical X-ray experience

Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, patient safety, and radiation protection standards
