Responsibilities :
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and pinpoint triggers of challenging behaviors
Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and track progress
Develop clear, measurable Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Implement interventions in partnership with teachers and support staff
Provide direct student support, teaching coping strategies and social skills
Respond to behavioral crises and maintain a safe learning environment
Perform other related duties to support student success
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
Active state-level licensure and / or certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Behavior Analyst Certification preferred
Experience working in schools or with children is required
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with educators, families, and administrators
