We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse in our Pediatric Emergency Room. This full-time night position is an opportunity to deliver world-class care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary :

In this role, you will coordinate, implement, and provide nursing care, ensuring timely and effective treatment for pediatric patients in our Emergency Room.

Qualifications :

  • Must possess a nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current nursing license in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Preferred qualifications include at least one year of pediatric emergency experience.
  • PALS and ACLS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • ENPC or TNCC certification preferred within 6 months of hire.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
  • Plan individualized care based on patient needs and nursing diagnosis.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Reassess and adjust care plans based on patient response.
  • Provide education and support for patients and families.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment for our patients.
