K-12 Professional Learning Consultant (Contract)

Make a measurable impact on teaching and student learning by leading engaging research-based professional learning (PD) for K-12 educators. As a K-12 Professional Learning Consultant youll educate engage and empower teachers and school leaders as they strengthen practice and improve results.

Who you are : You build rapport easily with educators bring a calm and encouraging presence and genuinely enjoy helping adults learn and grow. Youre self-directed comfortable working remotely and excited to learn new approaches and share them in a practical classroom-relevant way.

Background that fits well here : Experience as a principal teacher instructional coach trainer consultant or professor aligns perfectly with this work. We value people who take initiative collaborate well and welcome feedback as a way to continuously improve.

What youll do : As an independent contractor youll adapt and deliver evidence-based instructional practices using your own facilitation style while staying aligned to our content and outcomes. Youll model classroom-ready techniques lead meaningful discussion and help educators move strategies from great idea to ready to implement.

What matters to us : A bachelors degree (or higher) and a genuine passion for developing educators through innovative research-aligned practices. Familiarity with the spirit of professional learning (job-embedded collaborative data-informed) is a plus.

The work style : Remote and project-based. Earnings vary based on individual effort business experience diligence and leadership.
