Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join a community-focused outpatient practice in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York. This employed physician-led position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.
Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
Participate in light call phone coverage shared with other health system practices
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients on preventive care disease management and wellness strategies
Qualifications :
Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board-eligible or board-certified preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and community medicine
Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive salary : $225000 $300000 based on experience
