We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Finance and Accounting Managers to join our team. As a Finance and Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex accounting projects for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting services while providing exceptional client service.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA license or EA designation
• Experience at a CPA firm or public accounting experience is a plus
• Experience managing multiple clients
• Tax preparation and planning experience is required
• Minimum 3 years tax accounting experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with tax software and QuickBooks Online
