Provide direct care in accordance with departmental policies Address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents Report and document changes in resident conditions Assist physicians during rounds, exams, and procedures Accurately transcribe and implement physician orders Respond effectively in emergency situations (CPR, fire, elopement, etc.) Supervise and train nurse aides and new LPNs / Med Techs Maintain respectful, cooperative working relationships Practice efficient time management and demonstrate flexibility Assist with clerical tasks, audits, and survey prep Completion of a state-approved LPN program and current PA LPN license Basic CPR certification Experience in a care facility is a plus, but not required Passion for elder care and a heart for service Integrity, patience, and compassion Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA Physically able to meet job demands (lifting, pushing med cart, bending, kneeling, etc.)
