We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization towards continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence and business development.

• Responsibilities : \
• Lead the organization in achieving its mission and strategic objectives
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the organization's mission
• Manage financial resources, budgets, and funding strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community
• Provide senior leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance
• Lead business development efforts to expand programs and services
• Experience : \
• Must be licensed as an administrator in the State of Kansas
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
• Strong background in operations management, project management, strategic planning, and process improvement
• Demonstrated success in business development and managing organizational growth
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
