Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Settlement Processor to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing the closing process from contract to close, coordinating with all parties involved, and ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate settlement transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

Review purchase and refinance contracts and gather necessary documentation.

Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.

Prepare CD / ALTA / HUD settlement statements and closing documents.

Schedule closings and ensure all conditions are met prior to settlement.

Balance files and disburse funds in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements :

2+ years of settlement / title processing experience.

Proficiency with title software (, SoftPro, Qualia, ResWare, etc.).

Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
