Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive pipeline generation strategy to drive revenue growth

Build, train, and manage a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Business Development within the SaaS industry

Proven experience in leading and motivating a team of business development professionals

Strong understanding of SaaS business models and market trends

Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
