Key Responsibilities :
Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication methods
Perform basic member service transactions and account maintenance
Identify member needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions
Required Qualifications :
1 year of retail experience with a track record of meeting service and sales goals
Basic understanding of financial products and services
Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Genuine interest in helping members and a professional demeanor
