Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing professional and empathetic service
Document interactions accurately in pharmacy software and route calls to appropriate pharmacy staff
Assist patients with inquiries related to medication delivery, insurance, and appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams
Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
