We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our legal team in the Berkshires. This position focuses on trust and estate law, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities :

• Provide expert legal counsel in trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate, and elder law.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney agreements.
• Represent clients in estate-related disputes and probate court proceedings.
• Advise clients on strategies to preserve and transfer wealth effectively.
• Stay updated on state and federal laws impacting estate planning and elder law.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various offices to ensure consistent legal service delivery.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support client cases and legal documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring personalized and attentive service.
• Participate in legal seminars and training to enhance expertise in the field.
• Manage case files efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Requirements - Must hold a valid license to practice law.
