A company is looking for a Senior Product & Delivery Manager to support the modernization effort of CommonGrants and SimplerGrants.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap, translating program goals into a prioritized backlog
Lead sprint planning and facilitate core agile ceremonies to drive team flow and improvement
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure feedback informs product direction
Required Qualifications
8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years as a Delivery Manager, Product Manager, or similar role
5+ years of experience on an agile scrum team as a Scrum Master and / or Scrum Product Owner
Familiarity with managing agile development projects using GitHub or Zenhub
In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices
Experience in building and managing complex stakeholder relationships
