Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process collateral for a diverse portfolio of loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance with established standards, and adherence to quality procedures.
- Review and analyze loan agreements and post-closing packages, ensuring thoroughness and adherence to requirements while solving non-routine issues to improve processes.
- Present daily pipeline items to management to avoid Service Level Agreement misses.
- Identify potential problems while offering solutions, analyze transaction type and identify, collect, review and distribute necessary due diligence items for loan closings.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, strategically planning and organizing workload to achieve goals and assist with special projects as assigned.
