Hiring : W2 Candidates Only

Summary : Data Analysts collect process and interpret large datasets to help organizations make data-driven decisions. They create reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collect clean and validate datasets from multiple sources.
  • Analyze data to identify trends patterns and anomalies.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Ensure data accuracy integrity and security.
  • Document methodologies and data workflows.
  • Recommend actionable insights based on analysis.
  • Maintain and update data visualization tools.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests and business decisions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Preferred Skills / Duties :

  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop Spark).
  • Ability to interpret business requirements into data models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
