Job Description :
Reporting directly to the Senior Director Strategy Integrated Mission Systems (IMS) Segment this position plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the segment and the company with a focus on driving profitable growth in an increasingly fast-paced and dynamic global Aerospace and Defense market. The successful candidate will provide strategic expertise and insights to inform strategic decisions optimize business efficiency and drive sustained growth.
Essential Functions :
- Research and analyze global market and competitive dynamics to uncover emerging opportunities and strategic risks for segment strategy
- Translate complex data and insights into actionable strategic recommendations for IMS leadership.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops to develop and align corporate segment and sector strategies.
- Build financial and strategic models that guide long-term investment decisions.
- Develop executive-ready materials for annual strategic planning Board and senior leadership discussions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to advance strategic initiatives that shape the companys direction
