Adult Reconstructive and Total Joint Orthopaedic Surgeon Needed near Jacksonville, Florida Position is available due to growth!Joining a Multi-Specialty Group witih 8 Physicians / 6 Mid-LevelsApprox 8-9 Call weeks per year at the HospitalOffice Hours are : 8am - 5pmPractice : Orthopaedic specialties include Sports Medicine;Joint Replacement; Elbow & Shoulder; Foot & Ankle; Neck & Back and Hand & Wrist.Two locations within the County. Both locations include : digital x-ray and MRI, orthopaedic rehabilitation and DME. The main locationincludes a state of the art 9,000 square foot outpatient surgery center.Candidates must have : Adult Reconstruction Fellowship / Board Certification / Florida State LicensePatient Population : Commercial 50%; Medicare 40%; WC 5%; Other 5%Anticipated Patient Volume : Approx 50 + patients per clinic day / three clinic days per weekSurgical cases at ASC one day per week + Hospital one day per weekSalary will be competitive - TBDBenefits Include : Paid Malpractice, CME ($2500 + 10 days per contract year), Vacation (15 days of PTO each contract year)Holidays, Relocation, Group and Life Insurance, 401K Partnership : Buy-in opportunity at the end of year two as equal partner.Additional Information - Bonus Structure : - First Contract Year.
