Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic sales L&D programs that integrate sales methodology and coaching frameworks
Develop and scale onboarding and ongoing training experiences to enhance sales performance
Utilize data and analytics to connect learning outcomes to sales metrics and business goals
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in Sales Readiness, Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development
Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder learning initiatives with measurable results
Strong understanding of sales processes and enablement technologies
Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners effectively
Passion for learning innovation and using data to drive performance insights
