Key Responsibilities
Coach sales representatives through structured 1 : 1s and small-group sessions focused on improving sales metrics
Diagnose performance gaps by analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement
Own the performance pipeline, managing low performers and ensuring accountability and improvement
Required Qualifications
Experience in performance management and team leadership
Proficiency in data-driven sales analysis; familiarity with SQL is a plus
Ability to create measurable improvement plans and track progress
Comfortable in high-velocity sales environments
Strong coaching skills with a focus on actionable feedback
