Brandon Walter - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven professional to join their winning team for the role of Sales Account Representative. The Sales Account Representative helps customers through value-based conversations to learn about their present and future goals and protects their most valued assets along the way. This role is for someone who is an excellent communicator and a motivated self-starter. You will be part of a caring team that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is rewarded for results.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Establish and build customer relationships and follow up as needed.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As a Team Member, you will receive :
- Base salary (ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 based on prior experience)
- Commission and bonuses (based on results averaging $20,000 to $50,000)

Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivated
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain in first 90 days)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain in first 90 days)
- Bachelor's degree
