A company is looking for an Account Manager, Event Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including contract renewals and up-sells
Present product and service information to corporate accounts and develop relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar software
Experience in the SaaS / technology / hospitality space is a plus
