Implementation Specialist, RCM Billing

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - RCM Billing.

Key Responsibilities :

Project manage and serve as the primary point of contact for 20-25 active billing implementation projects

Review customer payer contracts and manage implementation project plans and timelines

Document implementation processes and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field

3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, implementation, or client services

Strong understanding of revenue cycle functions including coding, billing, and denial management

Experience with Tebra is strongly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
