We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to direct and coordinate the activities of personnel at a full-service branch. Supporting the Branch Manager in ensuring the branch meets set goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leads branch staff through training and coaching.
  • Drives branch performance by creating a sales and service culture in the branch.
  • Builds Credit Union presence in the community and develops new members and relationships.
  • Provide excellent member service and resolves inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
