- Area Vice President Reports to : Chief Commercial Officer Location : Central U.S.
- The Area Vice President, Sales (AVP), is responsible for designing and executing an aggressive plan aligned with Cytovale’s growth objectives. To accomplish this, the role will require active leadership and the ability to build a robust pipeline across large IDN’s and systems that meet the criteria as targets.
- The AVP will provide key market intelligence based on interactions with the field, customers and market players.
- To achieve this, you will drive the preparation, learning and development of the next generation of Cytovale field leaders.
- You will work with the Chief Commercial Officer and Department Stakeholders to set the vision for and integrate coaching and foundational leadership skills throughout the commercial organization.

Responsibilities :
Lead sales organization through evolution from selling a product to selling a service-based solution targeting clinical, executive and IDN level support Sales transformation requires a leader who, through engagement and connection, will inspire and energize the organization from executive leadership down to the front-line sales teams Lead a team of Field Experts aligning all cross-functional stakeholders through an approach that will better enable prospecting, marketing and adoption of Intellisep throughout all U.S.Hospitals With a collaborative approach, the AVP will rally stakeholders around opportunities, develop and refine sales strategies and develop plans to enhance execution Lead Sales team to maintain and expand legacy customers while also building a pipeline of new customers, by leveraging tools that improve processes and tighten discipline Partner with the FAS and Clinical Support teams to drive teamwork and a collaborative, transparent, development-centric culture Ensure that the entire organization has the direction, information, resources and support to successfully execute in the field Deliver quarterly and annual revenue objectives and accurately and consistently forecast business Inspire, motivate and maintain a culture that optimizes the passion and potential of Cytovale sales teams Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Executive Team to keep them aware of developments within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the company’s mission and objectives Set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to monitor all progress on a quarterly basis.Follow up as appropriate and ensure achievement of goals Execute on developing leaders through a blend of in-person coaching, assessments, performance support tools and other approaches and resources Team Leadership Ability to create engagement and connection across the company Strong communicator, effective listener and ability to connect with all levels of employees throughout Cytovale Ability to be flexible between process discipline and entrepreneurial spirit Executive presences, vision, and effectiveness in a complex, team-oriented environment is required Results Oriented Ability to navigate and build relationships in a complex organization and track record of driving results Drive results that over-perform against key performance benchmarks within the industry and a track record growing and transforming teams Focus on execution and results—establishing high standards for performance, setting goals and developing plans, following through and holding people accountable for results Strategic Orientation Strong business acumen and understanding of the business and how each lever impacts the whole Leader that understands how to design and execute a strategic plan Focused on the best outcomes for the company and not solely sales Have multiple ways to meet objectives Requirements / Required Job Skills :
In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have : Bachelor’s degree required Strong management skills A proven record of success in sales management as a director, preferably in the healthcare industry A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing people and resources An understanding of people management principles and techniques High level of commercial awareness Demonstrated leadership skills Ability to build a cohesive team comprised of talent from a variety of backgrounds Ability to assess and develop people for growth and higher-level opportunities Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills An ability to travel up to 75%, dependent upon location and demands of the business Powered by JazzHR
