• Knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures
• Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology
• Trial experience
• Commercial / civil litigation experience preferred

Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Essential forms would be helpful and knowledge of bankruptcy law would be a bonus but is not required or essential. Qualified applicants should also be reliable, accurate and detail oriented.
