About This Role

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Assembler operator in our Cypress, CA location. Our production environment is fast?paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Most of all, we are passionate about delivering innovations that improve the quality of health care and the patient experience. We are looking for like?minded individuals to join our team today!

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards
• Follow all Work Instructions, SOPs and safety requirements
• Comply with iRhythm's Core Values, policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to work in a fast?paced environment
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• High attention to detail
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Ability to work towards a high quality standard
• Communicate material and equipment issues to Line Lead
• Perform routine minor maintenance
• Familiar with or ability to learn proper Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESD) handling processes and procedures
• Keep a clean and well?maintained workspace
• 0?25% completion of Production Training Matrix proficiency
