JUNIOR ESTIMATOR

Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Sales Estimator to join our sales team. The Junior Sales Estimator will assist in preparing cost estimates for projects, analyzing blueprints and specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive bids. This role is crucial in supporting our sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Assist in preparing preliminary estimates and cost summaries for project feasibility analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates.
• Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times, etc.
• Use software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Document all quantity surveying activities and audit them for accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of cost reports and tracking changes to designs, plans, and construction timelines that may affect project costs.
• Support the sales team in preparing bid proposals and presentations.
