Job Details

Manage a portfolio of trusts, estates, guardianships, elder law matters and special-needs planning

Provide strategic advice on tax, gifting, business succession and fiduciary issues

Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives; handle probate and trust administration

Serve as lead attorney on larger matters while mentoring junior staff or associates

Interface directly with clients, family members, advisors and other professionals

Stay up to date on regulatory, tax, elder‐law, and disability planning trends, and bring ideas to the firm

Grow and deepen a niche (special needs, elder law, high-net-worth estate planning)

Contribute to business development : network, speak or write on estate / elder topics, maintain client relationships
