A company is looking for a Client Support Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the front line of the Client Support Team by answering inbound support inquiries
Resolve inbound partner and merchant support tickets, maintaining SLAs and tracking ticket status
Collaborate with internal teams to document and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in customer support, help desk, or IT support roles
Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
Exposure to financial software or payment systems is a plus
Ability to maintain customer records and contribute to knowledge management
Willingness to collaborate closely with various internal teams
