Job Description

A premier Middle-Market Technology Buyout firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its investment team. They specialize in acquiring and scaling high-growth Enterprise Software and Tech-Enabled Services companies, focusing on operational intensity and proprietary sourcing to generate exceptional returns.

What You Will Do :

  • Deal Generation : Play a critical role in sourcing and evaluating new platform investment opportunities, with a focus on generating proprietary deal flow.
  • Execution : Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction execution for platform acquisitions and add-ons.
  • Value Creation : Partner directly with firm leadership and entrepreneurial founders to execute intensive, hands-on value creation strategies post-acquisition.
  • Investment Thesis : Contribute to shaping the firm's thesis-driven investment strategy within the technology ecosystem.

What You Bring :

  • Investment Banking : 2-3 years of foundational experience from a leading Investment Bank (M&A or Sector Group).
  • Private Equity : 1-2 years of existing buyside experience as an Associate at a Technology-focused Private Equity Buyout firm.
  • Technology Focus : A clear and demonstrable track record with specific experience in Technology investments is mandatory.
  • Work Style : Proven ability to thrive in a lean, high-velocity partnership environment that requires significant ownership and accountability.
